LabSource, has been a trusted distributor of laboratory and safety product to the life science, pharmaceutical, industrial, government, food safety and university markets. We had unprecedented growth navigating our customers through the COVID pandemic, supplying personal safety products and laboratory solutions during the most difficult times. We are currently looking to expand our amazing sales team. Our employee's work together in a spirited fast paced casual atmosphere. Here is your opportunity to sell and enjoy uncapped commission in a rock-solid industry. OpportunityWe provide a unique opportunity to enter the Laboratory and Safety sales profession. The ideal teammate will have a background in sales that is willing to learn our business. You will be selling laboratory and safety consumables to a receptive customer base consisting of industrial manufacturers, food manufacturers, universities and government. Don't have a background in sales? Are you an outgoing lab rat that wants to explore opportunities off the bench? We are willing to cultivate the right people for this job. Responsibilities-Communicates with our customers via phone and email to solicit orders, win new accounts and grow accounts within your assigned territory. -Compiles prospective customers either through company leads or independent research to grow the customer base.-Identify customers' needs, goals and/or pain points and provide solutions. -Promotes the Labsource brands to existing and new customers. -Utilizes our CRM to track outbound contact, pipeline and sales opportunities. -Meet and exceed territory sales and profit goals. -Provides weekly updates on status of territory growth and pipeline.-Analyzes reports to understand territory trends, profitability, wins and losses. You have.-The ability to create and execute a personal plan to meet required results-Excellent communication, organizational, time management and business development skills -Winning attitude with a tenacious desire to achieve goals. -Strong computer skills with Office 365. - A background in laboratory and/or safety sales or experience in a distribution business is a plus but not requiredWe offerAn excellent compensation package with base salary and uncapped commission.
