Requirements:- Have a car- Over 18- Some knowledge or interest in AV/electronics- Available on weekends- Punctual- The ability to drive a box truck is a plus but not requiredA Typical Day With Sample Times:*Event 7:00pm - 11:00pm- 3:00pm Meet at the Energy warehouseload truck with equipment4:00pm (if qualified) drive the truck to the event4:30pm unload the truck into the event venue space5:00pm - 6:30pm set up equipment, get it connected and tested6:30pm - 11:00pm break time11:00pm after the event, break down the equipment and safely pack it back into the respective casesload cases from the venue and back into the truckdrive the truck back to the Energy warehousedepending on time and equipment: potentially unload the truck into the warehouse.Things To Know:- Sometimes, there are multiple setups and strikes for the same crew/truck.- Techs may be scheduled to meet at the venue. We don't need everyone to meet at the Energy warehouse at all times.- Techs don't stay at the events. However, occasionally they will be asked to be on-call/available during the events in case any technical problems need to be addressed.- Dress attire is comfortable clothes with no inappropriate references or graphics. Jeans/shorts/t-shirts are ok since we are not staying at events.- No drug or alcohol usage before or during work.Primary Setups Consist Of The Following:2x 4'x4' facade panels2x light trusses2x 70" TVs4x 3'x3' lit stages2x subwoofers2x main speakers1x DJ monitor1x DJ controller1x wireless micSalary: $20.00 per hour
