She is a tough teacher and she stresses APA format and correct writing a little too much for it not to be the purpose of the class. Overall I did like the class but wished I learned more about management instead of becoming a better writer. She is a know-it-all but better than others I have had. |

I'm not surprised by the bad comments. prof. Burruss makes you work for you grade. Apparently everyone complaining wants and simple give me class. Grow up people we are in college, appreciate an instructor that gives you projects so you can work difficult to LEARN, not just get a grade. Like her a lot she is sarcastic, but it keeps it fascinating |

Business communications was an excellent course. Reading the comments below, it's no wonder some students struggle with the course. She probably expects them to know a bit about basic writing skills prior to attending her courses. Courses shouldn't be "simple" or designed simply for students to regurgitate info. |

Worst teacher ever she thinks she knows everything and a student will never be right in her class so don't even try she will argue everything anyone says if you ask a question most likely she'll ignore it her courses are a waste of time she gives so much hw and difficult exams I do not recommend her do not take her |

She is THE worst teacher I ever had! I would ask specific questions about projects and she would answer with "do the assignment." |
