After graduating with a degree in Education from Northwestern University I began to teach K-8 mathematics and became a certified teacher in Chicago. Later I became adjunct faculty in junior colleges in the southern Chicago suburbs. I taught basic mathematics, primarily for non math students who required math as a prerequisite for their field of study.
