I have my degree in math education from Illinois State University with a minor in environmental studies. I am passionate about the environment, math, and helping people. The best part of being a tutor is seeing them understand the concepts that they once struggled with. Especially in math, I have found that a lot of students think that they cannot learn the material, but I believe everyone is capable of learning anything that they set out to learn. I have worked with students of all ages from primary school through college. I have mostly tutored and taught algebra and currently, work as a teacher's assistant for a college algebra course.
